1. General

1.1. Partner is entitled to choice one of the two options of Partnership Program, as stated here below.

1.2. Partner selects his option when signing the Agreement. The Client's choice is indicated in CL. 4 hereof.

1.3. The Statistics of domain name registration by Partner's Users is available to the Partner at www.geonic.net , round-the-clock.

1.4. The Option may be changed, upon the Partner's request, after the minimum 12-months period upon signing the Agreement.

1.5. Terms and conditions of the Partner Program are stated in CLs. 2 and 3 herein.

2. Quick Start Program

2.1. Under the Quick Start Program, the Partner will undertake any and all obligations concerning domain name registration, accounting, and collection payments from the Partner's Users for Domain Names Registration Service.

2.2. This Program does not provide for any minimum Domain Name Registration Quota for the Partner.

2.3. Quotations for Domain Names registered for the Partner's Users under the Quick Start Program are contained in Appendix A to the Agreement.

2.4. To participate in this Program, the Partner will be obliged to make the minimum installment, in amount of $85.00 US to the Partner's balance within partners.geonic.net System. The Balance will be automatically reduced when registering each new coming domain name on the Partner's web-place(s).

2.5. Partner replenishes the Partner�s own balance at any time and with amount at the Partner�s own discretion.

2.6. In the event that the Partner's remaining balance appears to be less than the minimum wholesale price of a domain, then NETCOM will deny the Partner in registration of the domain requested, until the Partner replenish the Partner's balance, at least, with the amount sufficient for that registration.

2.7. Under the Quick Start Program, the Partner pledges to be fully responsible for providing the Partner�s Users with high-quality service and support.

2.8. The Partner will organize, himself, accounts with and payments from the Partner's Users for Services provided, in any way suitable for the Partner and at the Partner's own discretion. The Partner is fully responsible for receiving payments from the Partner's Users for the Services rendered to them.

2.9. All the accountant and bank papers will be performed by the Parties in accordance with NETCOM�s requirements.

3. Maximum Profit Program

3.1. Under the Maximum Profit Program, the Partner will undertake any and all obligations concerning domain name registration, accounting, and collection payments from the Partner's Users for Domain Names Registration Service.

3.2. Quotations for the domain names registered by the Partner's Users under the Maximum Profit Program are established in Appendix A to the Agreement.

3.3. To participate in this Program, the Partner will be obliged to make the minimum installment, in amount of $250.00 US to the Partner's balance within partners.geonic.net System. The Balance will be automatically reduced when registering each new coming domain name on the Partner's web-place(s).

3.4. Partner replenishes the Partner�s own balance at any time and with the amount not less than $250.00 US.

3.5. In the event that the Partner's remaining balance appears to be less than the minimum wholesale price of a domain, then NETCOM will deny the Partner in registration of the domain requested, until the Partner replenish the Partner's balance, according to cl.3.4.

3.6. Under the Maximum Profit Program, the Partner pledges to be fully responsible for providing the Partner�s Users with high-quality service and support.

3.7. The Partner will organize, himself, accounts with and payments from the Partner's Users for Services provided, in any way suitable for the Partner and at the Partner's own discretion. The Partner is fully responsible for receiving payments from the Partner's Users for the Services rendered to them.

3.8. All the accountant and bank papers will be performed by the Parties in accordance with NETCOM�s requirements.
